All images appearing in this web site are the exclusive property of Polly A Baldwin Dynamic Pictures and are protected under
the United Kingdom and International Copyright laws. The images may not be reproduced, copied, transmitted or
manipulated without the express written permission of Polly A Baldwin Dynamic Pictures. Use of any image as the basis for
another photographic concept or illustration (digital, artist rendering or alike) is a violation of the United Kingdom and

Privacy Policy

In order for Dynamic Pictures to conduct our business it is necessary for us to collect certain personal information from our
clients and their financial details such as credit card and banking information by consenting to our terms and conditions you
are agreeing to our privacy policy and consenting to us processing your data in the manner set out in this information.
Information we will collect will include full address and contact details and credit/debit card information. We do not store
financial information or card details, however we do store contact details and any email or written correspondence in your
personal file for this reason we ask you not to submit any financial information by email or in written correspondence. We will
ask for a contact telephone number. To take payment information we use the telephone number you provide quoting your
reference number for security. Once you have confirmed your security information we will process your transaction.
Your personal details will be used to contact you about your order we will ask you your preferred method of contact and
endeavor to always use this method, unless it is otherwise in your interest. We may from time to time contact you about our
services if you do not wish to be contacted please let us know by email polly@dynamicpictures.co.uk
Dynamic Pictures takes the privacy of our clients very seriously we will not sell or rent your personal information or lists of our
customers to any third parties.
Dynamic Pictures is a small business our clients are important to us. All payments are dealt with by the director
Polly A Baldwin and access to customers personal financial information is denied to other employees.

Print & Product Purchases

All images above 25 cm x 20 cm (10” x 8”) are sold as prints only so do not come with a presentation mount.
No prints will be ordered until payment has been received in full.
All prints are posted directly by Polly A Baldwin Dynamic Pictures, an email will be sent when the prints have been
despatched, please allow 14 working days from dispatch to receiving your prints.
All Items are sent by standard European post.
Polly A Baldwin Dynamic Pictures will not be held responsible for prints lost in the post.
Please contact Polly A Baldwin if you require special delivery these will be charged at the appropriate weight
for the package.

Dynamic Ski Pictures Bespoke Lifestyle & Guided Adventures.

p.All bookings with Dynamic Pictures or Dynamic Ski Pictures are subject to these conditions. Contracts will be governed by,
construed and interpreted in accordance with, English law.
Clients attending our photography shoots or guided adventures must pay the appropriate fee in full before the start of the
session at the time of booking.
All current prices are displayed on the services pages of www.dynamicskipictures.com Prices are correct as of time of
booking. Prices may be subject to revision at any time, but will not affect the price given at time of confirmed booking.
We do not except payments for photo-shoots from anyone under the age of 18 years.
Advance bookings require a non refundable deposit of 50% at the time of booking. The balance of 50% is due before the
date that the first session commences. This applies to all packages.
All card payments will be subject to a 4.4% fee of the total invoice.
No contract will exist until we issue a receipt or email, accepting your payment.
Prices are quoted and charged in Euros If the client prefers to pay by card the payment will be taken in sterling the rate will
be calculated on the date of invoice.
The contract of instruction is between the client and the instructor whilst the contract of management of booking is between
the client and Polly A Baldwin Dynamic Pictures.
All children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an appropriate adult at all times during the photography shoot.
Polly A Baldwin Dynamic Pictures or the Instructor can not be held responsible for the safety of clients. Clients must have
valid insurance and take part at their own risk. We may ask you to prove valid insurance it is the clients responsibility to carry
this with you on the day of the shoot.
Clients will respect the professional judgement of the ski instructor during the Guided Adventures.
Polly A Baldwin Dynamic Pictures declines all liability in the case of an accident that occurs during a session.
All participants are responsible for having valid and appropriate ski passes for the ski area in which the shoot will take place.
The appropriate lift pass is obligatory and is not included in the session price.
In the event of bad weather the booking will be rearranged for another day, If this is not possible the shoot will take place
indoors at an appropriate venue.

The client agrees to allow all images to be used for promotional material Dynamic Pictures agree to seek permission to use
Images of Children under 16 years old.
All images of children on the website will be protected by a gallery code. Unless other agreements have been made.
All Items will be sent by standard European post.
Products will not be ordered until payment is made in full please allow 14 working days from dispatch to receive your
products. The Client will receive confirmation of dispatch by email.
All sizes of prints are approximate and will be subject to cropping at the discretion of Polly A Baldwin Dynamic Pictures.
Client details held by Dynamic Pictures will not be forwarded to any third party.
All images below 25 cm x 20 cm are sold with a complementary presentation mounts.
Other
Polly A Baldwin Dynamic Pictures does not insure her clients. You are obliged to insure yourself for third party liability. We
recommend that you arrange an appropriate policy with a licensed agent.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event of clients canceling bookings, the following charges apply:
More than 6 weeks’ notice – 10% loss of fee.
6 to 2 weeks’ notice – 50% of loss fee.
2 to 0 weeks’ notice – 90% of loss fee.
No refund will be given by Polly A Baldwin Dynamic Pictures in whole or in part, for unused photography sessions due to
clients late arrival, illness, accident, resort closure due to weather conditions or mechanical failure, or for any other cause
outside the control of Polly A Baldwin Dynamic Pictures. Your insurance should cover missed sessions due to lift failure or
weather. Your claim would be against the local lift company for lift failure. If we are forced to cancel due to staff sickness, we
will endeavor to reschedule or refund fees on a pro rata basis
Polly A Baldwin Dynamic Pictures reserves the right to cancel its sessions for a variety of reasons. Full refunds of unused
sessions will be made in this instance.
Bookings are not transferable.
